Shipping times

Items are typically prepared and packed for shipping within 1-2 business days and ship in the USA within 3-10 business days.

Tracking  

All orders receive tracking numbers for packages. Questions: contact orders@kilnit.world 

Items for delivery outside of the USA may be subject to customs fees upon arrival which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Kilnit.World is not responsible for transportation delays or incidents caused by USPS or other shipping services and does not provide refunds or re-send packages that are lost in the mail.

Expedited and international shipping may be available at checkout for a fee. Check delivery for International orders at checkout.

For international customers in the UK and the European Union, items shipped are Delivered at Place (DAP) also known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller Kilnit.World only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.
