Happy Tears Origins Tall Vase

Meet our Origins Happy Tears Vase, a blend of craftsmanship and simplicity, standing tall at 14.75 inches. Crafted from slabs of stoneware clay, this vase is shaped and thinned entirely by hand, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. This is a numbered, one-of-a-kind piece.

The artisanal process involves a slow, careful drying period of one to two weeks before facing the heat of an electric kiln at 1828 degrees Fahrenheit. A second firing at 2232 degrees Fahrenheit transforms the glaze into a glass finish, leaving the top-third unglazed to expose the raw clay body. This intentional contrast invites both the eye and hand to explore the vessel's textured allure.

The interior of the vase boasts a complete glaze, ensuring it's watertight for your floral arrangements. Please note that the glaze is not considered food-safe, but is suited for any type of floral arrangement.

Please note the small dots of glaze at the top of he piece which convey the handmade nature of the work.
